What size bed would my dog need?

Measure your dog from the base of the neck to the start of the tail and this will give you an idea of what size bed would best suit him. If you’re not sure send us an email and we can advise you.

 

Are all your beds chew proof?

No, not all our beds are chew proof. The range of chew proof beds we sell are the Kuranda orthopedic beds which are guaranteed chew proof for one year.

 

What does chew proof mean?

Chew proof means that we guarantee the structural integrity of the frames and fabrics of our dog beds for a period of one year from date of purchase. Accordingly, we will replace frame parts and fabric damaged by dogs to the point of not being useable at no charge during this period. This warranty also includes chewing of corner fittings and legs.

 

Are your beds waterproof?

Yes we sell waterproof and water resistant beds. Also some of the fabrics we use can be washed in the washing machine. See individual beds for details.

 

What type of shampoo would make my dogs hair whiter?

The best products we found for making your dogs coat clean and white is our Hery White Coat Shampoo and White Coat Conditioner.

 

Can you make me a bed in a colour of my choice?

We will always try and accommodate any request you have for a particular colour or size of bed. Just contact us with what you have in mind and we will try our best to meet your needs.

 

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Once payment is received we dispatch our beds within 24 hours. They will be with you usually within 48hours. If you are in a rush for your items please contact us and we will see if we can get it to you quicker. If we are out of stock of a particular item we will contact you straight away and inform you of any delay.

Our Kuranda beds come flat pack but are assembled in minutes. Our luxury beds are all fully constructed. If you wish your Kuranda bed to be assembled let us know and we will put it together for you at an additional charge.
